1/2cupcleaned and rinsed winter-squash seeds -- drain on paper towels
2teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oil
1/8teaspooncinnamon
1/4teaspoonKosher salt
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300º F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Combine the seeds with olive oil and spices.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the seeds are as brown and crunchy as you like. Cool. Serve or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
