Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter I use a sweetened
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dark or toasted sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese hot sauce or Sambal
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until well blended.

Notes

If serving as a dipping sauce, top with chopped peanuts.
