I use this Peanut Sauce for a variety of recipes, from spring rolls to chicken skewers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream or milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
