  • 1 cupfresh basil leaves
  • 1 head romaine lettuce or greens (chopped)
  • 2 oranges (sectioned)
  • 1/2 small red onion (thinly sliced)

dressing

  • 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • Kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
