MM - Recipe for Success
These are the on-hand ingredients I use to make my simple MM-Green breakfasts and lunches. Feel free to add a poblano or any other "MM-Green" food

Ingredients
- 1 bunchbananas (organic)
- 1 pintblueberries (organic)
- 1 pintraspberries (organic)
- 1 red leaf lettuce / spinach / chard / kale
- 1 cucumber
- 2-3 peppers (hot and bell)
- 1 pintcherry tomatoes
- 1 mango (or 2 kiwi)
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- 1 bunchseedless red grapes
- 1 bagclementines or other citrus fruit
- 1 celery
- 1 bunchcarrot
- 2 poundscrimini mushrooms
- 1 large bagbaby spinach (or other dark leafy greens, kale, chard, etc.)
- 2-3 zucchini (for spiralizing or omelets)
- 1 MM - green vegetables for roasting (zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, asparagus, onions, cherry tomatoes)
- 1 herbs for salads and egg dishes (cilantro, basil, tarragon, chives)
- 6 cartonsegg whites (Costco )
- 1 dozenlarge eggs
- 1 jarsalsa (no fat and no sugar)
- 2 canschickpeas
- 2 cansartichoke hearts (packed in water)
- 1 red onion
- 2 cansblack beans
- 1 rice wine vinegar
- 1 red wine vinegar
- 1 white wine vinegar
- 1 cantuna (water-packed (Costco sells bulk pack, Albacore) )
- 2 chicken breasts (poached in water, balsamic, or chicken stock)
- 1 bottlecapers (packed in water)
- 1 packagesilken tofu
- 1 bottleDijon mustard (no added sugar)
