  • 3/4 cupfinely chopped yellow onion
  • 1/3 cupwheat germ
  • 1 teaspoonancho chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspooon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonKosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonground red pepper
  • 1 poundground turkey breast

  • 4 slicescheddar cheese
  • 4 slicesred onion
  • 4 smallwhole grain hamburger bun

    Combine the onion, wheat germ, ancho chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and turkey in a large bowl until the ingredients. Keep mixing until you distribute the ingredients evenly.
