- 3/4 cupfinely chopped yellow onion
- 1/3 cupwheat germ
- 1 teaspoonancho chili powder
- 1/2 teaspooon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoonKosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoonground red pepper
- 1 poundground turkey breast
