  • 12 medium strawberries (cleaned, hulled, and halved)
  • 1 mango (peeled and diced)
  • 10 fresh mint leaves (torn)
  • 2 teaspoonsfresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoonsgrated fresh ginger root
  • 1 pinchkosher salt

Instructions

    Toss the strawberries, mango, and mint leaves together in a bowl.
