  • 1 poundseedless watermelon (scooped with a melon baller or cut in shapes or cubes)
  • 1/2 cuploosely packed basil or mint leaves (chiffonade)
  • 1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoonsfinely grated ginger root
  • Maldon sea salt
