
Mojitos for Two

- 24 mint leaves
- 1 lime -- cut in half and then into 4 wedeges
- 4 tablespoonssugar
- 2 cupscrushed ice
- 3 ounceswhite rum
- club soda

Put half of the mint leaves and squeeze one lime wedge into each glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint. Add two more lime wedges and two tablespoons of sugar to each glass. Muddle again to release lime juice and mix in sugar. Leave all ingredients in the glass.

Fill the glass to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice and fill the glass with club soda. Stir and garnish with remaining lime wedges.
