Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for all paid services offered by Bonicelli Cooking Club, operated by Chef Laura Bonicelli from Minneapolis, Minnesota. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Online Courses
Online video courses purchased through our website are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
To request a refund for an online course, contact us at laura@bonicellicookingclub.com within the seven-day window.
2. In-Person Cooking Classes
Cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled class start time.
Weather policy: All classes run as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. Bonicelli Cooking Club does not cancel, reschedule, or issue refunds due to weather. There are no exceptions to this policy.
3. Private Group Events
A private group event is a cooking class or experience that is booked exclusively for your group and closed to the public.
Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the scheduled event date.
4. Cancellations by Bonicelli Cooking Club
In the event that Bonicelli Cooking Club cancels a class or event, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the affected student or group to another available date. If we are unable to find a mutually agreeable alternative date, a full refund will be issued.
5. Gift Purchases
Class and course purchases made as gifts are transferable to another person but are not refundable. If a gift recipient needs to be changed, you must notify us so we can update our records accordingly. Gift transfers must be communicated to us at laura@bonicellicookingclub.com prior to the class or course start date.
6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks of the cancellation date. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Mobile App Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective platform's refund policies. To request a refund for an app subscription, please contact Apple or Google directly through their standard refund process.
