Apple Maple Syrup Sauce

Golden caramelized apples swimming in rich maple syrup with a whisper of brandy create pure autumn magic in a sauce. I love drizzling this over fluffy pancakes or vanilla ice cream when the leaves start turning and comfort food calls my name.
