Avocado Citrus Salad with Turmeric Dressing
Golden turmeric dressing pools around creamy avocado and bright citrus, creating a salad that tastes like sunshine in a bowl. The earthy warmth of turmeric paired with fresh lemon makes this my go-to lunch when I need something both nourishing and energizing.
