dressing

  • 1/3 cupsilken tofu
  • 1 teaspoonlemon zest
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
  • 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoonDijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoonKosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cupscubed cooked skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 2 cupshalved red seedless grapes
  • 2 celery stalks (sliced)
  • 6 cupsmixed greens
  • 1/4 cupthinly sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspooncrushed cumin seeds

Instructions
