Chicken and Grape Salad with Tofu Dijon Dressing
Sweet, juicy grapes paired with tender chicken create the perfect balance of savory and bright in this refreshing salad. The silken tofu dressing adds unexpected creaminess while keeping things light, making it my go-to for warm afternoons when you want something satisfying but not heavy.
