Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cupscanola oil
  • 1/2 cupcider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoonbrown sugar
  • 2 teaspoonsdry mustard
  • 1 teaspoonsambal
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • 3 clovesgarlic -- minced

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients with a blender or immersion blender.

    Pour marinade over chicken. Turn the chicken to coat.

  3. 3

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of three hours.
