Ingredients

  • 1 cupcleaned fruit (raspberries, strawberries, melons, bananas, etc.)
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2 cupswhole milk
  • 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoonlemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine fruit with sugar and milk in a blender. Blend thoroughly.

    Add heavy cream and lemon juice. Blend only to combine.

  3. 3

    Put into chilled ice cream maker and process according to machine directions. Store in the freezer.

  4. 4

    Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
