Ingredients
- 1/2 cupred lettuce (torn)
- 1/2 cupdiced cucumber
- 6 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cupcanned chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 1 hard-boiled egg (peeled and halved)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
Instructions

Arrange the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, chickpeas, and egg on a salad plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve.
