Ingredients
- 2 tablespoonswhite miso
- 1 teaspoonsambal
- 1 teaspoonrice wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoonkosher salt
- canola cooking spray
- 8 ouncessugar snap peas = (ends snapped, strings removed)
- black sesame seeds and diagonally sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions

Combine the miso, sambal, vinegar, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.

Preheat a grill pan to high. Spray the grill pan with cooking spray. Add the snap peas. Grill, stirring often, until charred, about 4 minutes. Add in the hot peas into the miso mixture. Toss to coat.

Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
