Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonswhite miso
  • 1 teaspoonsambal
  • 1 teaspoonrice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoonkosher salt
  • canola cooking spray
  • 8 ouncessugar snap peas = (ends snapped, strings removed)
  • black sesame seeds and diagonally sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

    Combine the miso, sambal, vinegar, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.

    Preheat a grill pan to high. Spray the grill pan with cooking spray. Add the snap peas. Grill, stirring often, until charred, about 4 minutes. Add in the hot peas into the miso mixture. Toss to coat.

    Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
