Ingredients
- 1 poundfresh linguini or angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cupunsalted butter
- 1 cupheavy cream
- grated zest of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cuplemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cupgrated Asiago (fine)
- Kosher to taste
- grated Asiago
- red pepper flakes
- julienned fresh basil

Cook pasta.

In a saucepan, heat together butter, cream, lemon juice, Asiago, and lemon zest. Salt to taste.

Toss the sauce with the drained pasta. Top with additional grated Asiago cheese. Garnish with red pepper flakes and basil.
