Ingredients

  • 2 6- inchwhole wheat pita bread
  • 1/2 cupcherry tomatoes
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ouncefresh mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoongrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounceshredded prosciutto

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400° F. Toss the cherry tomatoes in oil on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast until the tomatoes are splitting and starting to brown, .

    Spread the tomatoes on the pita. Top with the mozzarella, Parmesan, and prosciutto. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and serve.
