Ingredients
- 2 6- inchwhole wheat pita bread
- 1/2 cupcherry tomatoes
- extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ouncefresh mozzarella (shredded)
- 1 tablespoongrated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ounceshredded prosciutto

Preheat oven to 400° F. Toss the cherry tomatoes in oil on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Roast until the tomatoes are splitting and starting to brown, 20 minutes.

Spread the tomatoes on the pita. Top with the mozzarella, Parmesan, and prosciutto. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and serve.
