Ingredients
- 4 cupsfrozen edamame -- in the shell
- canola cooking spray
- 1/2 teaspoonchili powder
- 1/2 teaspooncumin
- 1/8 teaspoonground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoonfleur de sel
Instructions

Steam the edamame in a basket for 4 minutes until bright green.

Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chili powder, cumin, and red pepper—Cook for 30 seconds.

Add the edamame and cook, tossing, for 1 minute or until hot and well coated. Add the salt and remove it from the heat. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm or at room temperature.
