Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh basil leaves
  • 1 head romaine lettuce or greens (chopped)
  • 2 oranges (sectioned)
  • 1/2 small red onion (thinly sliced)

dressing

  • 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • Kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

    Toss the basil leaves, romaine, orange sections and red onion together in a large bowl.

    Whisk together the balsamic vinegar and orange juice in a small bowl. Season with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Chef's Notes
