Pizza Sauce
Great pizza requires a great sauce. I usually double the recipe and freeze what I don't use to have on hand.

Ingredients
- 2 15- ounce canstomato sauce
- 6 tablespoonsgrated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
- 2 clovesgarlic (finely minced)
- 2 tablespoonshoney
- 1 1/2 teaspoonsonion powder
- 1/2 teaspoondried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoondried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoondried basil
- 1/2 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoondried red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt to taste

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-sized pot.

Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes to thicken and meld flavors. Add water if necessary.
