Ingredients
- 5 tablespoonssweet paprika
- 1 teaspoonblack peppercorns
- 1 teaspoonchili powder
- 1 teaspoondried oregano
- 1 teaspoonground cumin
- 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoondried ginger
- 1/8 teaspoonground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoonground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoonground nutmeg
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoondried lemon zest
- 1 teaspoondried orange zest

Grind all ingredients together in a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle. Store in a sealed container for up to 4 months.
