Ingredients

  • 2 cupsplain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber -- peeled (seeded, and diced (1/4-inch))
  • 1/2 teaspoonKosher salt
  • 2 tablespoonschopped fresh mint
  • 1 clovegarlic -- minced
  • 1/2 teaspoonground cumin
  • sweet paprika -- for garnish

Instructions

    Beat the yogurt in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

    Serve in a bowl; sprinkle with paprika.
