Ingredients
- 2 cupsplain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium-sized cucumber -- peeled (seeded, and diced (1/4-inch))
- 1/2 teaspoonKosher salt
- 2 tablespoonschopped fresh mint
- 1 clovegarlic -- minced
- 1/2 teaspoonground cumin
- sweet paprika -- for garnish
Instructions

Beat the yogurt in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
