Ingredients
- 1 poundBrussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
- 2 clovesgarlic (minced)
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon (zested)
- 1/2 cupgrated Asiago cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400º F. On a baking sheet, toss the sprouts, olive oil, and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Spread the sprouts in a single layer.

Roast in the oven until browned. Stir every 5 minutes during this process. This should take 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and toss with the lemon zest and cheese. Adjust salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
