Ingredients

  • 4 cupsseedless red grapes
  • 1 tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoonfinely minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoonKosher salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425ºF.

    Add red grapes to a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Toss to coat. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.

    Bake for until the grapes start to burst.

  5. 5

    Remove from the oven, stir and cool slightly before transferring to a serving dish.
