Roasted Rosemary Grapes are one of my favorite accompaniments to triple cream cheeses and brie.

Ingredients
- 4 cupsseedless red grapes
- 1 tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoonfinely minced fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoonKosher salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Add red grapes to a baking sheet.

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary. Toss to coat. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the grapes start to burst.

Remove from the oven, stir and cool slightly before transferring to a serving dish.
