Ingredients
- 1 cupfresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cupsugar
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
- Prosecco or sparkling water
- pomegranate arils

Combine lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, occasionally stirring to help dissolve the sugar. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add in a sprig of rosemary. Simmer for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.

Remove the mixture from heat and cool; leave the rosemary in the mix.

Pour a shot of the rosemary lemon syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour in a shot of pomegranate juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the shaker feels very cold.

Pour the mixture in a martini glass and top off the drink with Prosecco or sparkling water.

Garnish with pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary.
