  • 1 teaspoonchili powder
  • 1 teaspooncurry powder
  • 1 teaspoongarlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cupswhole shelled almonds
  • 3 teaspoonsKosher salt
