- 1 headchopped romaine lettuce or greens
- 1 1/2 cupshulled and halved strawberries
- 1/2 smallred onion (thinly sliced)
dressing
- 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cuphulled and diced strawberries
- Kosher salt (to taste)

Toss the basil leaves, romaine, strawberries, and red onion together in a large bowl.

Chef's Notes
