  • 1 cupfresh basil leaves
  • 1 headchopped romaine lettuce or greens
  • 1 1/2 cupshulled and halved strawberries
  • 1/2 smallred onion (thinly sliced)

dressing

  • 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cuphulled and diced strawberries
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Chef's Notes
