Ingredients
- 1/2 cupcleaned and rinsed winter-squash seeds -- drain on paper towels
- 2 teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 teaspooncinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoonKosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder

Preheat oven to 300º F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
