Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupcleaned and rinsed winter-squash seeds -- drain on paper towels
  • 2 teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoonKosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 300º F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

    Combine the seeds with olive oil and spices.

    Bake for 30 to , stirring every until the seeds are as brown and crunchy as you like. Cool. Serve or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
