  • canola cooking spray
  • 1 15- ouncecan chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoonsBraggs nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoongarlic salt

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Spread the chickpeas on the paper towels and pat dry. Throw away the paper towels and line the pan with a sheet of foil or parchment paper. Spray the parchment or foil lightly with canola cooking spray.

    Combine the nutritional yeast with the garlic salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add the chickepeas and stir to coat wall.

    Spread the chickpeas on the pan and spray lightly with cooking spray. Roast, stirring twice, for 30 to . Cool, the chickpeas will crisp up as they cool off
