Vegan Parmesan Chickpeas

Vegan Parmesan Chickpeas are a lovely snack to keep on hand or add to your favorite salad.

Ingredients

  • canola cooking spray
  • 1 15- ouncecan chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoonsBraggs nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoongarlic salt

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Spread the chickpeas on the paper towels and pat dry. Throw away the paper towels and line the pan with a sheet of foil or parchment paper. Spray the parchment or foil lightly with canola cooking spray.

    Combine the nutritional yeast with the garlic salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add the chickepeas and stir to coat wall.

    Spread the chickpeas on the pan and spray lightly with cooking spray. Roast, stirring twice, for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, the chickpeas will crisp up as they cool off
