Warm Berries with Banana Cream

Broiling the berries brings out the natural sugars. Bananas naturally sweeten silken tofu to make a delcious "cream" sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsblueberries
  • 2 cupsraspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cupsilken tofu

Instructions

    Combine the berries in a bowl and divide between 4 ramekins.

    Place under a broiler and broil for 5 to 7 minutes until the berries start to burst.

  3. 3

    While the berries are broiling, mash the banana and tofu together in a small bowl.

  4. 4

    Divide the banana cream between the four ramekins and serve.
