There is a moment in this class when you hold your first tortellini — shaped by your own hands, filled, folded, sealed — and you understand why people have been making pasta this way for centuries.
This is a hands-on pop-up class in the Kitchen Studio. We make everything from scratch: the dough, the fillings, the shapes. Ravioli. Tortellini. Fagottini. Farfalle. Then we make a fresh basil pesto the right way — built in layers, not blended all at once — and a smashed cherry tomato sauce that comes together while the pasta cooks.
You leave knowing how to do all of it. Not just having watched.
