Meet Your Instructor
Chef Laura Bonicelli brings over 15 years of culinary experience. Born in northern Minnesota to an Italian-American family, she learned pasta-making from her grandmother and has traveled the Mediterranean to study traditional techniques. As founder of Bonicelli Cooking Club, Laura has taught hundreds of students and is passionate about making Mediterranean cooking accessible.
