The Philosophy of French Home Cooking

Classes are held in Chef Laura's Minneapolis kitchen studio with small groups of 6–8. All ingredients are provided, and at the end of the evening you sit down together and enjoy the full meal you've created — exactly the way the French do it.

Meet Chef Laura

Chef Laura Bonicelli is an Italian-American chef with over 15 years of culinary experience. Her training includes classical French techniques, and she brings a Mediterranean sensibility to French cooking — emphasizing fresh ingredients, approachable methods, and the joy of sharing a beautiful meal.

She founded Bonicelli Cooking Club™ in 2018 to help home cooks discover the joy of making delicious food from scratch. Her classes have been featured in the Star Tribune, Twin Cities PBS, and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine.
