  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 3/4 cupfrozen blueberries

Instructions

    Slice the bananas and place them on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Freeze for at least .

    Put the banana slices, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla into a food processor bowl fitted with a metal blade and process until smooth. Remove to a bowl.

    Stir in the frozen blueberries. Put into an airtight container and freeze for at least before serving. If the mixture is completely frozen, let it stand at room temperature for 10 tp before scooping.
