I think the hummus makes this sandwich unique. It's wonderful if you warm the naan first in the oven or pop it into the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoondried Greek oregano
  • 1 cupsalad greens
  • 2 tablespoonsdiced tomato
  • 2 tablespoonscrumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoonshummus
  • 1 piecenaan or pita (halved)

Instructions

    Whisk together the lemon juice, oil, garlic, and oregano in a medium-sized bowl. Toss in the greens, tomato, and feta.

    Spread the hummus over each piece of the naan and top with the salad.
