Ingredients
- 8 sliceswhole wheat bread
- 4 tablespoonsmayonnaise
- 8 slicesthinly sliced turkey breast (can use ham)
- 8 slicesSwiss cheese
- 2 cupsbaby spinach
Instructions

Layer four slices of bread with 1 tablespoon of mayo, 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese, and 1/2 cup spinach.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat the sandwiches with cooking spray; add to the pan.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until well browned and the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
