Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cupsPlain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoonza'atar

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add the yogurt and stir with a fork until a craggy dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead 15 to 20 turns. Add more flour as necessary; the dough will be sticky. Divide into 8 balls and flatten slightly. Roll out each to a six-inch round. Heat grill to 450º F.

  3. 3

  4. 4

Flip the bread and grill until the second side browns, 2 to .

  5. 5

    Serve warm.
