Who doesn't love a flatbread that you can throw together in minutes? Crisp on the outside, fluffy and moist on the inside, this fast bread is great for a sandwich or for dipping in hummus.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cupsPlain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoonza'atar

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl. Add the yogurt and stir with a fork until a craggy dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead 15 to 20 turns. Add more flour as necessary; the dough will be sticky. Divide into 8 balls and flatten slightly. Roll out each to a six-inch round. Heat grill to 450º F.
