Paprika French Dressing

Paprika French Dressing is a great staple to have on hand. It dresses simple greens and vegetables beautifully and takes on the color of your orangish-red paprika.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 1 small shallot -- chopped
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoonKosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonsweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoondried mustard
  • 1 tablespoonsugar

Instructions

    Put all ingredients in a narrow container and blend with an immersion blender. Keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator.
