Ingredients
- 1 cupextra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cupwhite wine vinegar
- 1 small shallot -- chopped
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoonKosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoonsweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoondried mustard
- 1 tablespoonsugar
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a narrow container and blend with an immersion blender. Keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator.
