- 3 cupscooked pasta (chilled)
- 2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
- 1/3 cupchopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cupdiced cucumber
- 1 cuphalved cherry tomatoes
- 2 ounceskalamata olives or capers (olives halved)
- 1/2 cupmarinated artichoke hearts
- 1/3 cupfeta cheese
