Ingredients

  • 1 cupgluten-free tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 cuppeanut butter (I use a sweetened )
  • 1/4 cupmolasses
  • 1/2 cuprice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoonsdark or toasted sesame oil
  • 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoonChinese hot sauce or Sambal
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until well blended.
