Ingredients
Dressing
- 2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoonsstrawberry fruit spread
- 1/4 teaspoonKosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Salad
- 4 cupstorn greens
- 4 cupsarugula
- 2 cupsquartered strawberries
- 1/3 cupthinly sliced red onion
- 2 cupscubed or shredded chicken breast
- 1/4 cuptoasted unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cupcrumbled blue cheese

Whisk together dressing ingredients.

Combine the greens, arugula, strawberries, onion, and chicken in a large salad bowl. Divide among four plates.
