Ingredients
- 12 medium strawberries (cleaned, hulled, and halved)
- 1 mango (peeled and diced)
- 10 fresh mint leaves (torn)
- 2 teaspoonsfresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoonsgrated fresh ginger root
- 1 pinchkosher salt
Instructions

Toss the strawberries, mango, and mint leaves together in a bowl.

Whisk the lime juice, ginger, and kosher salt together in a separate small bowl. Pour over the berry mixture. Let the mixture rest for 1/2 hour at room temperature, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Divide between two bowls and serve
