Ingredients
- 4 ouncescanned water-packed tuna (drained)
- 1/4 cupchopped celery
- 1 teaspoonminced shallot
- 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
- 1 tablespoonplain Greek yogurt (can be non-fat for fewer calories)
- 2 teaspoonsDijon mustartd
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cupbaby greens
- 1 small tomato (sliced)
Instructions

Combine the tuna, celery, shallot, mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
