  • 4 cupsmixed greens
  • 1 cupshredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cuphalved grapes
  • 1/2 cupsliced apple
  • 1/2 cupchopped celery
  • 4 tablespoonscrumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoonschopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper -- to taste

Instructions
