Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupscooked white beans
  • 2 tablespoonstahini
  • 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonground cumin
  • 1 teaspoonKosher salt

Instructions

    Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.

    Add water by tablespoons to reach desired consistency.
