More Than a Diet — It's a Way of Cooking
Mediterranean cooking isn't about restriction or complicated rules. It's about using the best ingredients you can find — ripe tomatoes, good olive oil, fresh herbs, quality grains — and letting them shine. It's the kind of cooking that's been feeding families around the Mediterranean for centuries, and it's the foundation of everything Chef Laura teaches.
Whether you join Chef Laura at her kitchen studio in Minneapolis or learn through her online Mindful Mediterranean™ course, you'll walk away with skills and recipes that make weeknight cooking easier, more flavorful, and more enjoyable.

Your Guide to Mediterranean Cooking
Chef Laura Bonicelli grew up in an Italian-American household in Minnesota, where food was the center of every gathering. She has since traveled extensively through Italy, Spain, Greece, and the broader Mediterranean, studying traditional cooking techniques and bringing those flavors back to her kitchen in Minneapolis.
With over 15 years of culinary experience and thousands of students taught, she founded Bonicelli Cooking Club in 2018 to share her love of Mediterranean cooking with home cooks everywhere. Her style is approachable, joyful, and rooted in the belief that great food starts with great ingredients and a little bit of love.
