Chef Laura Bonicelli has spent over 15 years teaching home cooks to make delicious food with confidence. Her Italian-American roots, extensive travel through the Mediterranean, and thousands of hours in the kitchen inform everything she teaches.

She founded Bonicelli Cooking Club in 2018 and has since taught thousands of students — both in person in Minneapolis and online through her courses. Her approach is warm, practical, and always focused on making cooking enjoyable, not intimidating.
