Chef Laura Bonicelli
Chef Laura has been a professional Chef since 2008 when she began her fresh meal delivery service and catering business. Eventually, she opened Bonicelli Kitchen. In 2018 she turned her attention to sharing her culinary skills and started the Bonicelli Cooking Club. She is a frequent guest on local television shows demonstrating cooking and is the market chef for the Minneapolis Farmers Market.
I signed up for the croissant class. I was worried it was way beyond my capabilities, but the way the class was structured was perfect, and I had the recordings to help me through the process. Thank you, Chef Laura!
I am fairly new to the club. I saw Chef cooking on Facebook, and out of curiosity, I signed up for the free baking class. I never thought I’d be the family baker, but now I make sourdough every week.
I hated cooking, but I have a family, so I had to. My husband bought me a club membership (hoping it would help me). It has, and in particular, the “Mise en Place” course has changed my approach to cooking significantly.
